How I find these deals

What I check. Three times a day, I go through round-trip, economy fares for one adult from each of the 15 origin airports I cover, across a curated list of popular destinations and several departure dates in the next six months. (A small checker I built does the round-the-clock legwork with me, pulling fares from public flight-search results.) Canadian origins are priced in CAD, US origins in USD.

How “cheap” is decided. Every fare I find gets filed away — I keep a 12-month history for each route. The deal score on a route page is where today’s price sits within that history: “Exceptional” means it’s in the cheapest 10% I’ve ever seen on that exact route. No route is ever compared to any other route — and the genuinely good ones rise to the top of the homepage and the deals feed.

How current the numbers are. Every page shows a “prices last checked” timestamp from my latest pass. Fares can sell out or change at any moment, so always confirm the final price on the airline’s site before booking.
